Programmable
Multi-Axis Spraying Machine
Programmable
spray booth maintains spray gun distance across complex surfaces.
CNC control system makes programming easy. Robtic dispensing machine has two separately
enclosed stations: one for spraying and one for loading/unloading.
Operator can unload and reload robotic dispensing machine in one station while the other
station is spraying a part.

Robotic
Applicating Machine
A
SCARA robot is used to applicate media. Recipe storage allows
easy part changeovers and the teach mode makes programming quick
and easy. This particular machine also included 2 rotary stripers.
The part is rotated while applicating media to tube circumference.

Applicating
Machine - 360 parts per hour
An
inline toggle escapement device meters two parts at once into
two independent applicating positions. A two axis, servo driven,
actuator is used to position each part precisely beneath six dispenser
nozzles for proper media application. Laser sensors are integrated
within the process for precise handling and orientation of the
parts.
The
media is pumped from a 30 gallon drum into monitored holding tanks
and then fed into dispenser guns. Machine is capable of applying
up to 124 accurate media dots within the required cycle rates.
Some models of this machine incorporate a vision camera to identify
the incoming part style. Once the part is identified the dispenser
nozzles are automatically relocated into position for the specific
part. This allows the customer the flexibility to feed various
part styles into one machine without changeover.

Robotic
Applicating Machine - 5,000 parts per hour
Machine
applies media at both ends of tubular parts. Due to inconsistencies
in center tube lengths, parts move back and forth to locate applicating
position from each end. Parts are loaded onto trays, inserted
into machine for applicating, and then transferred down a conveyor.
