Feed System
Fusion's
wire feed system is designed to dispense brazing & soldering
wire at precise length and feed rates, yielding high quality joints
with minimal waste. The system is capable of feeding wire diameters
from 0.045" to 0.080" and infinitely adjustable between
0 - 2".
Cylinders
feeding the wire are pressurized by air over oil reservoirs. The
air over oil method permits precise metering which produces the
smooth action of the feed cylinder.
Standard
units range in size from one to eight independent wire feeds.
Independent feed lengths are set by a flow control that varies
the restriction of oil entering each feed cylinder as it extends.
