The
Fusion automatic brazing machine is custom built for your
applications and enables one operator to turn out hundreds
of joints per hour. Typically, parts are loaded into stainless
steel fixtures which maintain proper alignment throughout
the brazing or soldering cycle. The fixtured parts (assemblies)
are then conveyed through a closely-timed sequence of
paste alloy application, heating, and cooling. Assemblies
made of steel, stainless, copper, brass, and aluminum
can all be joined on automatic brazing machines. Brazing
machines can employ various heat sources such as torch,
flame, acetylene, gas/air, induction, resistance, infrared, oven,
and furnace. Brazing machines produces strong, sealed,
leak-proof joints. Automatic brazing machines use filler
metals in solid form, like rings and wire, slugs, washers,
powder, and paste.
Brazing
machines automate metal applications, yielding reduced
labor costs, lower reject rates, improved product quality,
without "human error". The rotary or dial index brazing
system can braze or solder 200 to 2,000 parts per hour.
Single station and in-line conveyor brazing systems are
also available. Timed heat control and multiple torches
are part of the brazing system. Automatic brazing machines
use filler metals in solid form, like rings and wire,
slugs, washers, powder, and paste.
